ANKO SD-97 W Automatic Encrusting and Forming machine is compact in size (less than 1.5 square meters) and can be used to produce various types of cookies, such as biscotti, filled cookies, swirl cookies, energy balls, rum balls and many more. The extruding mechanism has been improved and can process viscous dough that contains chocolate paste or caramel. ANKO’s machine will also dough that contain fruit compote and dietary fibers, or fillings that are made of powered peanuts and sesame.

Cookie production can start after loading the hopper with premixed dough and inputting the parameters; the machine then efficiently processes the cookie dough into individual pieces at the rate of 90kg/hr. ANKO can also provide clients with production solutions and production line assistance based on the equipment set up and the client’s specific product specifications.
