Live Demo Debut: Two Advanced Xiao Long Bao Production Lines

In the past, those thin-skinned, juicy xiao long bao (soup dumplings) were almost exclusively crafted by master chefs and had to be enjoyed fresh on-site. Today, thanks to advancements in food processing technology, many of these past limitations have been overcome. You can now receive a package right at your directly at your home, pop it in the microwave for a quick reheat, and enjoy xiao long bao that tastes just like it was freshly made at a restaurant—all from the comfort of your own kitchen. This breakthrough has opened up a brand-new battlefield in the xiao long bao market, continuously driving sales to record highs year after year.

To address this market demand, ANKO will anchor its exhibition around "Automated Xiao Long Bao Production Lines." This year, we are showcasing two distinct, high-efficiency factory configurations engineered to meet different operational scales and production objectives.

The first production line features a fully integrated packaging workflow, utilizing a high-precision SCARA robotic arm for automatic pick-and-place, tray loading, sealing, and inline weight inspection. This smart manufacturing setup ensures strict quality control by automatically rejecting products that do not meet standard weight specifications.

Designed for manufacturers focusing on large-scale cooking and steaming operations, the second setup highlights the ARL-605 Automatic Aligning and Rack Loading Machine. After the forming process, the xiao long baos are automatically arranged onto steaming trays and can be fed directly into commercial food steamers, significantly reducing manual labor while maximizing workflow efficiency.

At this year's exhibition, we will showcase a specialized dumpling application featuring a mold designed to produce multiple distinct dumpling shapes. ANKO's HLT-700U delivers high-capacity production, achieving up to 12,000 pieces per hour. Equipped with an advanced filling system, the equipment accommodates a wide range of recipes while handling ingredient chunks up to 10 × 10 × 10 mm, preserving the texture and delivering an authentic, handmade-quality bite.

Furthermore, the flagship HLT-700U model has achieved ISO 14067 carbon footprint verification. This certification allows food manufacturers to scale up production capacity while meeting strict low-carbon manufacturing and sustainable production standards.

The Automated Dim Sum Production Solution Chosen by Restaurant Chain Groups

ANKO will also showcase the HSM-600 Automatic Shumai Machine, designed for high-volume shumai production. The machine can produce up to 6,000 shumai pieces per hour. Operators only need to prepare dough and filling, while the machine automatically handles wrapper thinning, filling, and forming. Compared with traditional handmade production, the HSM-600 helps maintain stable product shape, weight, and filling ratio, improving product consistency for food factories. The shumai production line can also be connected with robotic arms, automatic tray arranging systems, and downstream conveying equipment to further improve production efficiency and line flexibility.
