The filling system can process a wide range of ingredients while preserving their original textures including sesame paste, ground meat, shredded radish, and many more.

The user-friendly control panel provides clear and accurate input control of the weight of the dough and filling. When connected to ANKO EA-100KA forming machine, the production line can automatically fill, seal, and divide the dough to achieve a production capacity of 12,000 Kompyang per hour. Simply change the filling and dough to make various Chinese Dim Sum, Pan-fried Buns, Leek Turnovers, and many more. ANKO’s technology allows the creation of multiple product lines with one machine.

HLT-700U a built-in Internet of Things (IoT) system which is connected to the Big Data Analytics. It collects data from each production and be utilized with extended applications to manage production balances, warehousing and scheduling.
