About Empanada Production Solution
Traditional Empanadas have a light and flaky crust and are filled with savory ground meat. ANKO's EMP-3000 Empanada Making Machine is designed to produce up to 3,000 Empanadas per hour while reducing 7 to 8 personnel on the production line. You can automatically process the dough into individual wrappers by placing an additional Dough Sheeting Machine in the front of the production line. The filling system can process large pieces up to 10mm, including diced meat, carrots, and whole corn kernels, while retaining the ingredient's original textures.
Various molds are available and can be easily changed to create patterns, including Fork-pressed, Traditional-pleated, Flat, and customized designs. The finished product weight ranges from 40 grams to 150 grams each. This machine adopts a human-machine interface and a modular filling system design to facilitate Empanada production easily. It is highly automated and suitable for food manufacturers, central kitchens, and chain restaurants.
