ANKO “HLT-700U Multipurpose Filling and Forming Machine” combined with “EA-100KA Forming Machine” can mass-produce consistent quality, multi-pleat, and delicate momo. The appearance is comparable to that of handmade momo. Moreover, the machine allows you to make momo with thin skin, generous and juicy filling. It is easy and friendly to use - put prepared dough and filling into hoppers, set parameters, and push start button. During the production, fillings are perfectly wrapped; openings are firmly sealed. Every momo from inside out is satisfying.

HLT-700U has a built-in Internet of Things (IoT) system which is connected to the Big Data Analytics. It collects data from each production and be utilized with extended applications to manage production balances, warehousing and scheduling. This technology offers you full control over production by “monitoring the machine operational status, maintenance machine lifespan, and digital production management”. An alarm will inform you the exact part that needs inspection to reduce any possible risks.
