SD-97W Automatic Encrusting and Forming Machine features a unique filling system for producing Zrazy made with ground meats and filled with large pieces of pickles and mushrooms while retaining all the ingredients’ original textures. This machine is easy to operate and has a capacity of making 4,000 roulades per hour. Included is an automatic product counting device designed for production precision, perfect for manufacturers with large production demands. The parameter settings can be adjusted to change the final product weight, filling, and wrapper ratios, all to produce different types of Polish Meat Roulades.

SD-97W has a built-in Internet of Things (IoT) system which is connected to the Big Data Analytics. It collects data from each production and be utilized with extended applications to manage production balances, warehousing and scheduling. This technology offers you full control over production by “monitoring the machine operational status, maintenance machine lifespan, and digital production management”.
