Manti are also known as Turkish dumplings, typically consists of a spiced minced lamb or beef mixture folded in a thin dough wrapper with delicate pleats. ANKO HLT-700U Multipurpose Filling & Forming Machine and EA-100KA Forming Machine can be used together for mass producing Manti that are similar to handmade dumplings, which have thin wrappers and filled with juicy meat fillings.
