ANKO’s unique filling system can process and extrude large pieces of ingredients (10mm) without damaging the textures. NDL-100 Commercial Noodle Machine Production Design
ANKO’s NEW “Commercial Noodle Machine” produces al dente pastas by changing the physical structure of the noodles and it can be used for making innovative and “functional” pasta that has a reduced cooking time.
Customized Noodle Molds
Commercial Noodle Machine extrudes dough through different molds to form unique shaped pastas that are al dente without using artificial additives and is beneficial for branding and marketing.
Processes a Wide Range of Ingredients
This machine can process a variety of “highly nutritious dough” containing wheat flour, lentil flour, or grain flour, as well as gluten-free ingredients including fish paste and other protein-rich ingredients to a capacity of up to 35%. The ice-water cooling system is designed to keep the dough below 35°C to maintain the best pasta consistency.
Easy to Change Molds
It takes only 5 minutes to assemble and change the forming molds, and the machine is water resistant and can be washed and sanitized easily to prevent cross contamination.
