About Spaghetti Production Solution

ANKO NDL-100 Noodle Extruder is a commercial pasta maker with two unique design features. The first feature is that it can extrude spaghetti into different shapes such as triangle-shaped, heart-shaped, fish-shaped, and dumbbell-shaped long noodles. The second feature is that it can work with various high protein grain or pea powders to make gluten-free and highly nutritious noodles that are al dente, especially for people that have gluten allergies.

ANKO commercial pasta maker requires only manual loading of a premixed spaghetti dough and adjusting the parameter input; after which the machine can automatically produce spaghetti that are 3mm (0.12 inch) in diameter at the maximum rate of 100 kg (220 lb) per hour. The option of upgrading to a larger hopper can significantly increase productivity. It takes only 2 simple steps to switch spaghetti molds creating the option for different types of spaghetti production. Minimal manual labor is required to operate the machine due to its high efficiency and this also helps avoid hazards caused by human error. The entire machine is waterproof, making it easy to clean and achieving high sanatory standards. ANKO’s Noodle Extruder machine is co-created with Taiwan’s Food Industry Research and Development Institute. This innovative commercial noodle machine can be used to produce large quantities of noodles with unique shapes, such as heart-shaped, fish-shaped and dumbbell-shaped, as well as triangle-shaped noodles that increase the surface area to help absorb sauces after cooking. This machine is only 1.3 square meters (14 square foot) making it suitable for specialty noodle producers, central kitchens, chain restaurants, and food factories of any size. The automated noodle production starts after the dough is loaded in the hopper and then the machine’s automatic portioning function does the rest.
