ANKO’s business was founded on the sales and development of machines that manufacture traditional Chinese Food. Our automated machines have the capacity of producing a wide range of Chinese food items, such as Xiao Long Bao, Spring Rolls, Dumplings, Har Gao (Shrimp Dumplings), Shumai, and many more.
ANKO’s HLT-700 Multipurpose Filling and Forming machine has the capacity of producing 12,000 Dumplings per hour; it can process highly viscous meat fillings, as well as various fibrous vegetable fillings producing Dumplings that are plump, and taste handmade. This machine can use specific forming molds to make different products such as Empanadas, Gyoza, Manti, Chebureki, and many more.

"Smart Production Management" can minimize the dependency on the production line operator’s input and enhance overall production efficiency. By entering optimized parameter settings, AI can provide real-time data feedback and automatically adjust the filling speed and product weight to reduce food waste. ANKO’s fully automated production lines have sensors at the front end to detect the amount of dough and filling in the hoppers. When the level is low, the dough and pre-mixed filling will be replenished with machines to prevent machine idling and avoid damage. We can also provide a medical-grade Food X-ray inspection device to detect foreign objects in the food that are as small as 0.4mm and automatically divert contaminated food products. Fully automated production lines can significantly increase productivity, reduce labor, curtail repetitive tasks, and allow workforce reallocation to new product development, sales, and marketing.
It takes only one employee to accomplish tasks that generally require 5 to 6 individuals on the production line.
Introducing IoT system to ANKO machines for more accurate production forecasts
After integrating IoT (Internet of Things) systems into our machines, ANKO enables managers to remotely monitor multiple production lines factory efficiency with a mobile device. The IoT system can detect the operational status of various components and automatically send maintenance alerts. From this information, employees can schedule maintenance and procure spare parts in advance to avoid the risk of sudden downtime and thus reduce loss of revenue.

Since the release of the HLT-700U Multipurpose Filling and Forming Machine, its "multi-functional" and "highly flexible" features have piqued the interest of many food manufacturers. To increase support, and reduce mechanical difficulties, ANKO installed the IoT system to our HLT-700 Machine.

ANKO’s HLT-700U Multipurpose Filling and Forming Machine is equipped with a new filling system that can process a wide range of both cooked and raw ingredients to make Dumplings and other products. This includes reduced fat, and fibrous fillings, as well as cooked meats that are less viscous etc. It prevents ingredients from over processing in the hopper and allows them to retain their original food textures. The HLT-700U has the capacity to produce 2,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour, making it suitable for large food factories, central kitchens and independently owned restaurants.

ANKO has developed more than 300 forming molds for our clients worldwide to produce their own exclusive products. Many food manufacturers have been drawn to Artisan molds because they provide Handmade Pleats Molds, Thin Edge Molds, and Wave Edge Molds that can be customized to meet the needs of the client. This facilitates all manufacturing data and production yield rates to be remotely monitored on a mobile device, and the data can be collected and analyzed through Big Data Analytics to support informed decision making. Additionally, ANKO's IoT system automatically recognizes parts that may require maintenance and delivers alerts to the ANKO Dashboard. ANKO’s HLT-700U with an additional EA-100KA Forming Machine can make a variety of products such as Xiao Long Bao, Tang Bao, and Mini Juicy Buns, at a capacity of 6,000 pieces per hour. The shutter unit processes and forms these Soup Dumplings, which are created with very thin wrappers and a maximum of 12 pleats that look, and taste handcrafted. ANKO also provides food preparation equipment, packaging, and food x-ray inspection machinery to meet all your manufacturing requirements.

This year, ANKO launched a brand-new SR-27 Spring Roll Production Line for high volume Spring Roll manufacturers. It operates with high stability and the filling system is the perfect solution for a wide variety of filling ingredients. A Spring Roll Wrapper Production Solution is also included.
A Mechanical Design Leap! Handling Raw Vegetable Fillings with Ease
Most Spring Roll Machines on the market have difficulties processing fibrous vegetable filling ingredients, and often require additional starch and cooking which affects the vegetables’ original crispness and crunchy texture. The SR-27 Spring Roll Production Line is designed with a pressure-free filling system that simulates a hand proportioning mechanism, thus it can produce Spring Rolls with raw vegetable fillings and any other fillings without any additives or pre-cooking the ingredients.
Additionally, ANKO’s SR-27 machine also can process cooked meat, mixed vegetables and meat, and even sweet ingredients, such as cheese, chocolate with bananas, apples with cinnamon, etc. The size of Spring Rolls can be made from 8.5 cm to 10 cm per piece, and even other customizable sizes.
