"Advanced Automation Integration" – ANKO developed a Xiao Long Bao Production Line. Our engineering team integrated all the production components including the feeding equipment, forming machine, tray arrangement device, tray feeding machine, weighing scale and an X-ray inspection equipment. By using robotic arms, conveyor belts and other automation equipment, we complete a production line that requires minimum labor. We will proudly be showcasing this technology at our Booth.

ANKO is officially launching our new "Integrated Production Lines" in June. This new concept modularizes the production process, facilitates production line expansion, and automation upgrades. By modularizing each step of the process, we can design production lines with all the necessary equipment clients require for specific food production. This will be presented with 3D models at our booth.

"Smart Manufacturing with IoT" - Forcasting the future of smart factories, ANKO introduced IoT to our best-selling machine HLT-700U which includes real-time remote monitoring functions. We will demonstrate how this new technology effectively improves overall production management, efficiency, and avoids downtime.

"Customized Forming Mold Designs" – ANKO developed and crafted 12 different beautiful marine animals into Dumpling forming molds with great precision. This new design made it possible to make a variety of interestingly shaped Dumplings in short period of time, creating new and innovative business opportunities.

The FOODTECH TAIPEI will take place from June 26 to June 29, 2024. ANKO will be showcasing our most popular models including the "Automatic Spring Roll Production Line", the "Multipurpose Filling and Forming Machine", the "Automatic Shiumai Machine", the "Automatic Wonton Machine" and the "Automatic Encrusting and Forming Machine." Demonstrations of these machines are scheduled on the daily basis, and we invite you to personally experience this new milestone of a smart manufacturing in the food industry.
