ANKO's machines include many parameter settings and patterned molds that can be used to produce an extended selection of food products such as: meat buns, mantou, pan-fried stuffed buns, crystal dumplings and many more. All of the delicious food products have the look and taste of being handmade. ANKO's team of professionals can provide recipe adjustment and production consultancy services to help you procure dough mixers, forming devices, and packaging machines that you will need to complete your production line.

HLT-700U has a built-in Internet of Things (IoT) system which is connected to the Big Data Analytics. It collects data from each production and be utilized with extended applications to manage production balances, warehousing and scheduling. This technology offers you full control over production by “monitoring the machine operational status, maintenance machine lifespan, and digital production management”.
