Boilie Production Solutions

ANKO GD-18B Rounding Machine is fully automated, compact (0.7Square meter), and highly productive; suitable for various type of production spaces. When making products that are 5g per piece, it has the capacity of producing 165Kg or 33,000 pieces per hour. This machine can produce Boilies directly from premixed dough while most semi-automatic rounding machines requires a 3 production processes.

The cutting blades are standardized to produce Boilies that are uniform in size, which can be spherical, cylindrical, or squares; and the cutting and slicing speed is fully adjustable. These ANKO blades are designed to process a wide range of ingredients with either elastic or loose textures giving it the advantage of reducing the use of food additives.
