SCARA Robot Arm Boosts Shumai Production Efficiency
Shumai's soft texture makes it challenging to handle. ANKO has developed a high-efficiency SCARA robotic arm with collaborative grabbing technology. When paired with the fully automatic shumai machine, it can pick up to 6,000 pieces per hour, saving the equivalent of seven manual laborers. This system eliminates human contact to reduce contamination risks, using FDA-approved materials for all contact parts, stabilizing operations and minimizing human error.
Customizable Dumpling Machine for Appearance and Texture
Dumplings, a classic Chinese food, have distinct standards across markets. ANKO's R&D team ensures reliable output for fillings, whether vegetable or meat. The machine can produce up to 12,000 dumplings per hour, occupying less than 1.5 square meters, suitable for both restaurants and large factories.
New Empanada Making Machine Launches for Efficient Automated
Capable of producing 3,000 Empanadas per hour with just two operators, this machine replaces the need for 7-8 workers. The flexible line configuration allows for integration with dough machines, frying and packaging equipment, enhancing automation efficiency. ANKO offers customizable molds for branding and flavor identification.
Integrated Production Line Solutions
