New Empanada Machine will Double in Productivity

At our both you’ll find the DSC-220 dough machine and EMP-900 Empanada Making Machine. As a food machine production line, this combination requires minimum labor to shape the dough and its filling to resemble authentic handmade empanadas. In the second half of 2024, ANKO expects to introduce to the market a high capacity Empanada production line for medium size businesses that can produce 3,000 pieces per hour with upscaling capacity for large factories.

Meet Your Demand: 200 Dumplings in 60 Seconds

ANKO will also showcase the HLT-700U Multipurpose Filling and Forming Machine used to produce Chinese dumplings, gyozas, samosas, and other authentic foods found in traditional restaurants or as frozen goods at supermarkets. This is a powerful machine designed with an advanced extruding system to push out fillings of different consistency, and preserve the texture of vegetable fillings, meat fillings, or a mixture of vegetable and meat fillings.

Additionally connecting to the Soup Dumpling Machine and the Automatic Aligning machine or the Automatic Tray Arranging and Sealing machine at the tail end of the HLT-700U producers can enjoy of an overall productivity of up to 6,000 Soup Dumplings in one hour.

Moving Towards Mass Production; Mochis and Buns in one Machine

Last but not least, you’ll see from close the SD-97W Automatic Encrusting and Forming Machine suitable for small to medium sized restaurants, chain stores, and food factories. This machine makes flavorful snacks and delicacies such as mochi ice cream, Singaporean pineapple tarts or nastar, cha siu bao (also known as cantonese BBQ pork buns), a variety of baos of different fillings. Kitchen chefs can increase production capacity to achieve a total of 1,000 to 4,800 pieces per hour. Furthermore, these machines allow operators to change its parts to make products with different shapes, sizes, and prints, including bicolor bao and filled cookies.
