Productivity: 9,000pcs/hr. This model provides an automatic wrapper presser, filling, forming, topping, and features an aligning sequence. The parameter settings are fully adjustable to make delectable shumai with different recipes, wrapper thicknesses, and filling types.
Vegetable Spring Roll - SR-24
Productivity: 2,400pcs/hr. This machine features an automatic spring roll wrap making device with unique folding mechanisms. It can process various ground meats, mixed vegetables, bean sprouts, mashed potato and taro fillings. The production process starts with baking the premixed batter into a rolling wrapper belt where it is then cooled, and sensor divided. Then the desired fillings will be extruded on top of each wrapper and finally folded into perfect spring rolls.
Vegan Wonton - HWT-400
Productivity: 3,000 - 4,200pcs/hr. The process for making these wontons begin by loading the hoppers with premixed dough and filling, then the machine will automatically press out a thin wonton wrapper sheet which will be divided, filled, and formed into delicious wontons. The final products are tightly sealed with professional molds to prevent leakage.
Mushroom Imitation Pork Balls - FMB -60
Productivity: 200 pcs/hr. This machine has a hopper and processing devices that can turn meat pastes, minced mushrooms, or plant-based meat batters into meatballs. There is a rotating platform designed for placing a pot with water to receive final products and thus prevent them from sticking.
