This year the ANKO Food Machine Company and the Nano Ray Solution Company partnered to jointly create a new concept in food solutions by introducing the innovative food X-Ray inspection device.

Our new X-Ray food machine can easily detect food contamination such as bone shards, plastic fragments, air bubbles, and much more. Using the ANKO X-Ray food machine will take your operations to the next level with improved food safety, more efficiency than manual production and help brand your business as a “safe food” company!

We were very pleased to have so many people stop by and speak with our ANKO Team! Our booth featured demonstrations of several ANKO Machines including: the Burrito Machine utilizing the X-Ray Inspector (BR-1500 + X-Ray). Our signature Dumpling Machine with an automatic Aligning device (HLT-700U + ALT-600), Soup Dumpling Production Line (HLT-700XL + EA-100KA), and the Triple-Line Shumai Machine (HSM-900).
